You’ve joined the organizing committee that will bid to host your association’s annual meeting in Calgary. Or you might just be considering getting involved.

We can help you put together a proposal that your peers won’t be able to refuse. We have the expertise to plan an event of any size. To help you we can:

• Put you in touch with the right people to work with you on your bid
• Host and facilitate local committee meetings and act as an initial secretariat for large events
• Establish contact with organizations that could support you financially, or otherwise
• Advise you on contingency planning and the preliminary budget of the event
• Suggest resources and suppliers
• Put together a proposal and material to present your bid to the selection committee
