Meetings & Conventions Calgary (MCC) is pleased to welcome 3 new staff members to their team. Erin Lee, Janet Russell-Brown and Jennifer Stewart have all assumed roles in Business Development where they will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the proactive sales and marketing strategy for MCC. Alayna Hauser joins MCC as a support to Administration duties.

Erin Lee is the newest member to the team effective June 13. Erin comes to MCC from working 6 years at the Calgary Marriott Hotel where she was a Sales Manager. Prior to that she was at the Radison. She will be responsible for Business Development, Washington DC and International markets.

Janet Russell-Brown has been with Meetings & Conventions Calgary since July 2010. Janet arrived from the Rimrock Hotel where she worked as a Sales Manager for 11 years. Janet will look after Business Development, Midwest and Western USA.

Jennifer Stewart has been working at MCC for the past year and a half in the position of Research Coordinator. Prior to that she was a Data Media Specialist for TravelClick in Spain. In her new role of Business Development Jennifer will be responsible for Business Development, Western Canada and the SMERF markets.

Meetings & Conventions Calgary thanks Pamela Darragh for her tenure at MCC and wishes her the best in future endeavours.
