Under the leadership of Meetings & Conventions Calgary, the city’s hospitality industry has come together as a team to ensure coordination and synergy in its initiatives to promote, welcome and service meetings in Calgary.
Our objective is to ensure the process of researching and booking your event is simple, straight forward and as seamless as possible. With that objective in mind, we work with you and adapt to your preferred way of booking your event. We can assume a full coordinating role, if you elect to use our turn-key approach. Which ever way you elect to go, MCC staff will be right there with you acting as the intermediary between you and the Calgary team members providing venues, accommodation and other services to help you plan a successful meeting in Calgary.
